Keeping fit has its benefits. Yes we know. But keeping it a sustained habit for the long term is not that easy. It’s not easy having to sacrifice an hour each day to do those scary squats, running in the rain especially when that bed is so warm and inviting, early in the morning. Sometimes our motivation to keep fit dies out because of monotony. Health and fitness experts say that the only way you will enjoy the benefits of working out is only if you be consistent.To experience the new desirable body shapes , you need to be consistent.If you love that flat belly or hot six pack , you need to keep your physical workouts regular.

Music-As you lift your weights at the gym, jog, or run the treadmill, you can try to do your repetitions or runs in time with the music or the beat. There’s a tendency of us human beings harmonizing our body movements to follow a certain tempo. It’s just something about the way our brains work. Music makes intense exercises less stressful because it lifts our spirits.
Accountability Partners– There’s an old African proverb that says “If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.” Try to incorporate friends and family to stay motivated in your fitness journey
